Free Web-based support including our Online Manuals and the most frequently asked questions is available free to all users.  Additionally, email technical support is provided free of charge for 90 days from the date of your software purchase. If you would like to receive product upgrade protection and ongoing technical support after the 90-day complimentary period, or if you prefer live phone-based technical support, Derivicom offers the following programs to aid in your professional development and help you get the most out of your investment.
Subscription Support Program
This all-inclusive maintenance and support program includes free product upgrades and live technical support for a 12-month period and may be purchased via our Online Store.   For further assistance, please contact our Sales Team at 1-708-848-2660.
Per-Incicent Support
Per incident support is available for customers who own individual products.   If you prefer to receive technical support on a per incident basis, Derivicom offers a fixed rate of $50 per support issue.   An incident is a single support issue and the reasonable effort needed to resolve it.
